Appointments and Scheduling

• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible

Payment and Insurance

• We work directly with most insurance companies
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Customers are responsible for their insurance deductible

Warranty

Liability

Adventure Auto Glass maintains appropriate insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. Customers are responsible for removing personal items from vehicles before service.

ADAS Calibration

ADAS calibration services are performed according to manufacturer specifications. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly maintained and aligned before calibration.
